Purpose / Namen
An eSenior is a person who often uses the Internet for work and entertainment, including digital tools of all kinds. She/he is trained in the use of eTechnology and the successful use of available eServices provided by organizations in the environment. In the process of active aging, eSeniors connect to networks, which are a modern organizational form of an open and flexible society based on the use of eTechnology. eCollaboration of eSeniors is a condition for efficient and successful development of Silver Economy.
The purpose of the eSeniors 55+ Network is to promote the use of the Internet to support the activities of persons over 55 years of age. The network is at the core of active aging. It is bringing together the individuals – family members, friends, neighbours. A link to a business website may be posted.
eConnectivity with similar networks in Slovenia and worldwide is desired.
The members of the network are in the following cities: Brežice, Celje, Cerklje na Gorenjskem, Črnomelj, Idrija, Karlovac, Koper, Kosovelje na Krasu, Kranj, Ljubljana, Maribor, Metlika, Mokronog & Šentrupert, Nova Gorica, Novo mesto, Pivka, Radovljica, Ravne na Koroškem, Razkrižje, Slovenj Gradec, Slovenska Bistrica, Škofja Loka, Trebnje, Vrhnika & Zaplana, Zagorje ob Savi, Žalec.
E-senior je oseba, ki za delo in zabavo pogosto uporablja internet vključno z digitalnimi orodji vseh vrst. Usposobljena je za uporabo e-tehnologije in uspešno izrabljanje razpoložljivih e-storitev, ki jih nudijo organizacije v okolju. V procesu aktivnega staranja se e-seniorji povezujejo v omrežja, ki so sodobna organizacijska oblika odprte in prilagodljive združbe, ki temelji na izrabljanju e-tehnologije. E-sodelovanje e-seniorjev je pogoj za učinkovito in uspešno razvijanje srebrne ekonomije.
Namen Omrežja eSeniorji je spodbujanje uporabe interneta za podporo aktivnostim oseb, ki so starejše kot 55 let. Omrežje je v jedru aktivnega staranja. Združuje posameznike – družinske člane, prijatelje, sosede.
Lahko je objavljena povezava na spletno stran podjetniške dejavnosti.
E-povezovanje s podobnimi omrežji je zaželeno.

Kaj imajo skupnega seniorji, ChatGPT in finance?
Na spletni strani Omrežja e-seniorji 55+ je bil nedavno objavljen članek z naslovom Kaj imajo skupnega seniorji, ChatGPT in finance?, ki je nastal kot poročilo po izvedbi delavnice Uporaba orodja ChatGPT za seniorje 55+, ki so jo izvedli v okviru izvajanja pilotnega programa Seniorji v akciji: Povečajmo svojo finančno pismenost.
Pri izvedbi delavnice so sodelovali tudi člani razvojne skupine za pripravo tega javnoveljavnega programa finančne pismenosti, ki so se že med snovanjem programa strinjali, da morajo programi finančne pismenosti vsebovati tudi vsebine digitalne pismenosti, saj se področji čedalje bolj prepletata. Spletno nakupovanje, mobilno bančništvo, virtualne plačilne kartice so le ene od stvari, ki povezujejo digitalno in finančno pismenost in ki jih moramo poznati, če se želimo v tem zapletenem svetu znajti in se počutiti varne.
Zato se organizatorji delavnice zavzemajo za to, da bi se čim več e-seniorjev, starejših od 55 let, naučilo uporabljati orodja umetne inteligence v svojem vsakdanjem življenju, kar bi bilo koristno tako za njih kot tudi za njihove svojce in prijatelje. Članku so pripeli tudi seznam povezav na spletne objave člankov, poročil in deklaracij, ki so na tem področju nastali v zadnjem letu in prek katerih lahko spoznate, do kakšnih pomembnih sprememb bo zaradi umetne inteligence prišlo na področju dela in bivanja in kako lahko ta koristno vpliva na naša življenja, tudi po 55. letu.
Vabijo, da tako delavnico organizirate tudi v vašem okolju in tako na enostaven način tudi starejšim predstavite, kakšne možnosti in koristi uporabe jim ponujajo orodja umetne inteligence.
