The meeting was chaired by Mag. Aleksandra Podgornik, Director, Štajerska Chamber of Commerce Maribor.

Relevance of three macro regions was discussed: Danube, Adriatic-Ionian, and Alpine Region. The roles of the Chambers of Commerce and Craft, as well as Development Agencies were stressed. Involvement of the University of Maribor in the cross-border activities was presented.

The participants were invited to plan for The Szentgotthárd-Monošter Initiative: New Impetus for Cross-Border Collaboration, Seminar, http://www.cesci-net.eu/SZG_background taking place in
Szentgotthárd-Monošter, Hungary on 21-22 April 2015. Some ideas on the 5th DeRC2015 conference in Llubljana in September were presented.
